Sustainability is at the heart of our production as Lale Chipboard MDF. We take great care to comply with the European Union`s high standards for Sustainable Forest Products Processing. In this context, we continuously improve our work towards sustainability goals such as Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Life on Land and Responsible Production and Consumption. Our aim is to leave a more livable world to future generations by protecting nature, green and the environment, which is the guarantee of our future.
Fit For 55
Lale Chipboard MDF Wood San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. we act in line with the principles of sustainability and environmental awareness. We are working hard to comply with the “Fit For 55” targets set within the scope of the European Green Deal initiated by the European Union to combat climate change and contribute to a sustainable future.
The Fit For 55 initiative aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2050 compared to 1990 levels. In line with this goal, as Lale Sunta MDF, we are developing various strategies to increase energy efficiency, switch to renewable energy sources and make our production processes carbon neutral.
Among the steps we have taken in this context:
- • Energy Efficiency: Integration of new technologies to reduce energy consumption in our production facilities.
- • Use of Renewable Energy: Minimizing our carbon footprint by switching to renewable energy sources.
- • Use of Sustainable Materials: Preferring sustainable and environmentally friendly materials in our supply chain.
- • Waste Management: Developing practices to reduce the amount of waste in our production processes and encourage recycling.
These steps not only minimize our negative impact on the environment, but also ensure that we are well on our way to becoming a fully compliant business with the European Green Deal. Our goal is to create a greener and more sustainable world for both present and future generations.
